Complete 2 BR, 2 BA Gut Renovation: This this gut renovation required a Department of Building Permit  removing walls and dropped ceilings to create an open floorpan and complete rewiring, and through the wall heating/air conditioning units and builtin covers throughout. Refinished wood flooring throughout and installed new matching wood floors in the kitchen and hall. Wired Window treatments included for remote/programming convenience with a Hub. Increased the size of the kitchen (width),  builtins on fireplace wall and matching PTAC cover built in for convertible third bedroom/Office  with 6 foot pocket doors opening to Living Room!  New Washer and vented Dryer, converted tub to shower with exhausts in each bath.  Gorgeous Accent Walls feature Phillip Jeffries and Schumacher wallpapers, along with Farrow& Ball wallpaper entrance.  Custom Design cabinetry by PMD, Fabulous custom Carpets by Odegard, Stark, and a custom Baker sectional and Ottoman along with everything needed to create the perfect oasis for this couple!! We are delighted to have created exactly what the client envisioned!!
