One Bedroom, One Bath, Kitchen Gut Renovation: Relocating and downsizing from a Townhome to this UES one bedroom was a tall order.  The Interior Design experience of the owner made this difficult project actually easier to solve, given the visual challenges inherent in the structural elements.
