After your project has been submitted you cannot update your project package. This portion of data is closed off to allow our design team to work on your project with the submitted requests for your Initial Design Drafts. If you need help, please contact us at email@example.com.
Packages and Pricing
We bring concept and vision to life through design and execution of your construction project, with a complete portfolio of services focused on your lifestyle. We simplify the normally complex and difficult building or renovating experience by vertically integrating the process: a complete solution for your design build residential project. With over 20 years’ experience in the field we provide excellent design, construction and interior service needs, from concept to completion. We decided to offer our design consulting packages to a broader audience, and affordable level. In this simplified format, our expertise enables us to create a room design or reno advice that you can implement and control. The cost/ budget will depend on selections you make!
At this time, we’re only accepting ACH Transfers which are directly sent from your bank account. This information is provided over a secured
New York City imposes a 4% sales tax on all interior decorating and design services .
Our designers would be happy to help with paint color recommendations. If you have a specific color in mind, you can tell us the exact color or similar colors, and we’ll build your design accordingly. IF you don’t have that, don’t worry.. just send us an image of a room, or nature that you find appealing. Please note, if you don’t let us know a specific color, we will match the walls to the color they appear in your photos.
For interior design packages, we offer services for Living rooms, Open living/dining spaces, Bedrooms (kids, master, or guest), Bathrooms, Kitchens, Dining Rooms, Entryways, Home Offices, Powder rooms, Nurseries, and Studios. For renovation consult packages, we offer services for Apartment Co-op, Apartment Condo, Kitchens, Bathrooms, and custom space.
After purchasing a Design Package, you’ll be prompted to complete a Questionnaire. This consists of three sections where you’ll submit information to help us build your style profile. On the bottom of the Questionnaire, you’ll see a section to upload photos, measurements, and a link to either StreetEasy or Zillow that shows your property details along with your floorplan. Please be sure to send more photos then fewer.. six to eight per room would help.
Yes, we can incorporate products you already own into your designs. Once you purchase a design package, you'll have the opportunity to tell us about any furniture or decor you want to incorporate into your designs.
After purchasing your Design package you'll be taken through your profile to complete a mandatory Questionnaire which you'll need to complete within 30 days of your purchase. We recognize that everyone has a different timeline, but sooner you complete your Questionnaire with photos, links, and measurements, the sooner we can start your project.
If you do not have access to the space and cannot submit photos, please reach out to us. Unfortunately, we cannot build your space without these photos, but we will place your project on hold until you have access to the space again.
You may only use one promo code at checkout if you have.

How it Works
The harder part is done! Now you will have to take a quick Questionnaire to help us better understand what your space needs. You will receive an email from us after your purchase with details of your order and a direct link to our Questionnaire.
Our Questionnaire is a quick step with questions with visuals that help you uncover your design tastes and preferences. You will only have to do this once after you purchase a design package, and this will be the base preference for your design.
Once you have completed a purchase, you will have to fill out our Questionnaire under which you’ll be required to submit a photo showing your current space, basic measurements, and link to Streeteasy or Zillow that shows your property details along with your floorplan, or attach the PDF of your floor plan if you have it.

Yes, you will receive an email from us which will detail everything we have done for your project. You will be communicating with your designer via email throughout the consult. If you would like to request any changes, let your designer know what you’d like to change. NOTE: Please add us to your contacts so this email doesn’t go into your spam or junk folders!
Depending on which project package you chose, you will be communicating with your designer via email and phone calls to edit your designs.
After your project is submitted and your photos and measurements are approved, your room will be submitted to our design team. Once we start working on your project, we cannot update your room dimensions. If you realize you submitted incorrect dimensions for your project, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible.
